Exhibitor: ChemE Car Location: FPAT / Basement Room 59 A About the Exhibit Our exhibit features a lemon battery and color changing iodine clock reaction. By wiring up multiple lemons in series, we can generate enough electricity to light up an LED. When you mix vitamin C and iodine with a hydrogen peroxide and starch solution a surprising color change occurs. Our exhibit will also highlight the ChemE Car, which is powered and stopped using chemical reactions such as the lemon batter and clock reaction.
