Exhibitor: Engineering Wellness Center Location: Grehan / Second Floor Room 202 - O About the Exhibit At this interactive, hands-on station, students will explore how engineers use design, testing, and creativity to solve problems, starting with a simple but meaningful prototype: a personalized stress ball. Participants will compare different materials, choose the one that best fits their needs, and build their own take-home design. As they work, they'll reflect on the qualities that make them strong future engineers by selecting a word that completes the statement, "I am a ______ future engineer." Students will add their word to a collective display titled "What Engineers Are Made Of." creating a growing visual of the diverse strengths and identities that engineers bring to the world. This fun, five-minute activity introduces students to engineering mindsets, well-being strategies, and the idea that taking care of yourself is part of becoming your best engineering self.
